At various points in its history, RAFF has had a part time, paid coordinator in addition to its volunteer steering committee. Currently, it is a volunteer organization with no paid staff.

George D. Aiken Resource Conservation & Development Council acts as our fiscal agent and assists in our project management and reporting. George D. Aiken is a 501(c)3 organization.
