Twilight Visit May 22, 4 to 6 pm
Walk the fields and learn more about the New Zealand style rotational grazing system used on this beefalo farm. A gravity-fed watering system and winter care for the animals will also be covered. Directions: From I-89, Exit 3, travel west on rt. 107 toward Bethel for 2.5 miles. Turn right immediately after Country Animal Hospital onto Christian Hill Road. Go 0.8 miles to a Y in the road, turn left on Sanders Road. Go 1.8 miles out Sanders, up a long steep hill. The road levels out through some woods, then starts down the other side of the hill. The view opens up far to the north and west. Pass a log home with a green metal roof in
the middle of a field on the left, and my farm is just past that on the right, # 1724. The sign "Westhaven Farm" hangs over the mail box.
